There are maps on the sc guide, it shows all flying rats ( pigeons ). Some of them are in weird locations so yuo will need a sniper

go on the internet in the game and type this address www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com it has maps for hidden guns, armor, 'flying rats', etc. thats if ya can't be arsed looking on the internet in real life xD
