When i first played this game, i tried to finish it 100% without cheats and i got only 97.5 and i had to find one more pigeon. I knew that the pigeon was on the Statue of Liberty, but when i went there i only find 4 out of 5 and i couldnt finish the game. After that i had a savedata where i used cheats, and yesterday i managed to get 100%. I relly dont know why on the savedata without cheats the pigeon was missing.

Most likely it was a different pigeon in a different spot.

No it wasnt, because i checked again all locations and i never found it.

Maybe the computer got your save files mixed up or something and jumbled up the birds? or maybe aliens did it? or maybe you got lucky/unlucky. or something.

Just took a while for it to update. Loads of Rockstar games do this on next Gen. (GTA and Bully, anyway).

LOL, yeah maybe. I just know that it was the pigoen from the hand. But maybe it felt down cause once i went to the statue of Liberty to see the hearth inside. Then i tried to blow the hearth with the bazooka, when i shot it said i killed 3 pigeons, and maybe because of the explosion the pigeon felt and dissapeared.
