Ghost tunnels

Go to the hospital in rockford(2nd) island, and break the construction sites red barrier. then get a run up in a vehicle and go up the mound, you will land on a roof. the roof has a wall in front of you and to the right of you, slowly drive into the right wal and you will be taken to the mysteriouss unfinished ghost tunnels, from which there is no escape. Well, at least i think there isn't...

probably through randomosity, i find many things that way

i found a random spot off the map, on the 3rd island were if u go so far north u r off the map u can keep goin then levitate. u then go 2 a higher plain of existence.

those ghost tunnels are the tunnels to get where you have to plant those bombs near the end of all the story missions

yeh u r right they are the tunnels u bomb near the end

can you tell me how to get to this place of the map cause i've tried and i can't find it. which is the last road you go on at the map before you get there.
