I finally found the phoenix. To get it, go to sanfiero, go to
the races that are next to the pay and spray, and transfender.It will pull up a menu
Do san fierro hills, it should put u in a phoenix.
Drive back to the pay and spray/transfender, get out,
wait for the timer to end. then it will take you back to the race menu, exit
and get in the phoenix.Thats it. Also it looks real tight when you soup it up.
