To fly the Hydra when you hover off the ground push forward on the right analog stick for a few seconds and it will take you out of hover mode. I think it's the right stick it may be the left. Anyways you will know your out of hover mode cause you will go fast.

Huntleys are usually around san fierro.There is a journey on top of mt. Chiliad.

Actually you don't need to go to pilot school to get your pilots licsence you can just fly a plane around and your flying skill goes up and then you will get your piolts license but if you want to go to school you will find it on the thirs island in an abandoned airstrip.

how do i do big smokes mission the one where i shot other bikes and other cars because when i do try it i always get shot at and the bike health goes down really uick

Might be able to find a map on ebay. Freight train missions open up after you open Las Venturas

There is Katie Zhan in San Fierro at the edge of the Avispa Country Club.And Barbara in El Quarbrados in the sherrifs parking lot.micchelle I think in driving scholl in San Fierro.And some girl on top of the ammunation in blueberry.
