how can i unlock all or most of the "property not for sale" things or the only way is to do the missions

You have to unlock the area it is in.Except for wang autos. you have to complete all driving scholl missions for that.

From Las Santos "Green Sabre" opens the Badlands. "Are you going to San Fierro" opens San Fierro I think. "Ya Ka Boom Boom" Opens the desert and Las Veturas.

I have almost i have 95.something done.i have beat the game one other time before this but I cheated and couldn't get 100% so I just started another game .

I had a hard time beating it on my first game but on my second game I didn't have a hard time at all.I just got a better shot I guess.
