i would say more gore, enhanced graphics, you can choose your character, like customise your face body etc, before you start the game, put more and cool cars and you might be able to mod them more better.

more vehicle mission....like towing mission? that you have to find a tow truck and press r3 button and you have to find a broken down car and tow them to the nearest auto repair shop or spray n pay whatever they got it there is.

No, Have a bus mission. Stop at bus stops and pick up peopel and go to the next stop. And then fly peopel to a destination or for a tour. ;)

well i'd like to see a grand theft auto new orleans. and maybe you should be able to make your own character and have a choice of answer to pick from. matter fact check out the website and the link.
