There should be submarines, and more codes.

It should be a much bigger place.
they should put in a planes drive on water cheat,
and have bigger planes. You should be able to go back to other missions.

Hunter: Then you forget how cool the Hunter looked in Vice City. Or maybe it looked that way just for the XBox, but I doubt it extremely.
Rhino: I dissagree extremely! The Rhino in Vice was a lot bigger, better, and looked more like it was from the military. But they should include that thing on the bottom of the Rhino like they do to most tanks (I don't know what it's called). You could also fly all the way up higher than the planes with that big tank in Vice (if you didn't know).
One thing that I don't get with the San Andreas game: how come they made the aiming for the tanks so crappy?!?!?!?!?!?!

ya there is, and triky69 sent me a site that has the diff. cheats for diff. cheatdisks for ps2, he wont post it cause it has cheats, but i will, and plz dont delete this, cause in the big scheem of things, this site is part of www.ugo.com, and so is this other site, and here it is(read the hole page till u find them, i know they're there!!!

Yeah I knew that, and forgot it a while ago. They should have street luge races, too (as side-missions).
