I'm having a ton of trouble with hard. Mainly because it's very hard for me to play 5 notes with 4 fingers. Can somebody help me with this so I can actually get good at GH3?

Practise, practise, practise.

There is no 'secret way' to get good, no tps. You just have to practise, you'll eventually be able to stretch your fingers well.

Here's a tactic I used to progress from Medium to Hard.

At the start of the song, have your index finger on the red fret, middle on the yellow, and so on. Don't start on green. It's easier to move your index finger to the green fret than to move your pinky to the orange one.

There isn't really any way to GET good at GH, you just have to practice.
You could try using your first finger on the red fret button though, eventually you'll be able to stretch your little finger :D
Goodbye SC.

But now, I'm gone.

Get used to the orange button by playing the second set of songs. There aren't very many orange notes, so you can adjust. Then go back to the first set, and go on normally.

I keep my thumb right on the slop between the end of the neck of the guitar and the "tuning strings" section. That lets me push my hand over to the orange fret much more easily.

Wanna listen to me rant about stuff? I started a blog!
