WHO ARE THE GUARDIANS, WHY DID THEY KILL ME

I think it is only when something falls on you and kills you, like a Banshee when you bail out and it falls on you.

I think the gaurdians are protectors of the boundries of the level because when i'm killed by the gaurdians i'm past the level boundries.=P

This is just an idea but I think guardian kills are when the xbox or the game is not sure whether you killed yourself or were killed by someone else. I don't know if this is possible but it's just an idea.

from my exp its omethin the creators put in to cover glitches and stop them happening OR when something falls on u coz it dnt count as a suicide sumtimes

hey ll question, i love halo 2, on live, but i am at the point i have no interst to play cause i know i will get stressed out it seem's
like evey 3-4 games i enter a match of team slayer and get stuck with crazy idiot's who betray u and commit suicide,so u end up losing to a score of 50 to -10,then you look at your level and u went from a level 20 to a 18 and if u quit u lose points to any suggestion's..
i one day i played for 8 hours straight i was a level 26 i got stuck in so many matches like above, i went all the way down to a level 9
i almost died.... is this fear to people who play the right way,it took me 2 week's just to get back up to a level 18, still not a 26,
better than a 9,but as i go up a level the next match boom betrayal and suicides.. so u can never get back up to the level u really are , ty

Alright listen to this gaurdian kill. I was in Zanzibar play team slayer when someone stuck a ghost in the wheel. It kept going up and I didn't notice it so I was standing in the middle and the ghost fell on me, of couse I died, but by the gaurdians.

another way it says that is when you try to do a cheat or glitch and the game recognises that it trys to stop you from doin that glitch by killing you

and thats the main reason

guardians r like judges they kill ppl who were meant to die. if u have a carbine as primary sword as secndary and no shields run at an opponent shoot him in the head while runnin forward and hold r then keep pressin y the guardians kill u

You can get killed by the gaurdians by getting in front of the trains at that map whatever the hell it is basically in game objects

The guardians is basicly, if theres a glitch that your killed by or a fancynamed death barrier (like a train) if your killed by a moving box that you moved and it was in the air for more than 7 seconds and falls on you, the game says you died by an object projected by neither man or missile, thus bungie made the guardians for just making something up so it won't say [/enter string name here] making it a technical error.

Dash is right except one thing though. The guardians kill you when you do a glitch and are killed by someone or yourself. Like one time at Lockout over by Sniper tower I climbed on a ledge there. I killed my friend witha plasma and I died to but, I ws killed by the guardians!

No you weren't. If your friend was smart enough he would have shot at you, thus when you got killed by the grenade since he attacked you and you died from the grenade technically he killed you.
