Anyone who knows what happens when you activate this skull? I just got it but I don't know what it does, heard that it changes some dialogues or something, is that true? And if so, wich of them?

Yes i do. it changes some dialogue for all the monsters. yes it is true.
I know because when i was about to bash a grunt he yelled "STOP MOLESTING ME!", No joke im totally serious.
