No... Spartans and elites are the same speed no matter what you play...

Oh well, then I like the Spartans because they are human, really crappy reason but yea. OH and I also hate elites cause they start out with carbine.

but they also start out with the plasma rifle, so it kind of makes up for it. if you haven't guessed i am elite all the way. Three good reasons.
1: They can't get head shot from behind.
2: Elites are much more intimidating than Spartans
3: They just look cool..

Spartans can jump higher and further, and you can always 4-shot an elite, whereas spartans don't always die from it.

i am pretty sure that that isn't true, but only about 85% sure. I like elites best, but if you see me on live as of now im a Spartan mainly because the armor i have unlocked is better for spartans that for elites

From the side, Spartans are smaller targets. Also, Elites are in general larger targets. I just don't like Elites. Never really my cup of tea. Spartans get the job done, so meh.
