on ign, it says u cant give a blue feather to Lumina....u cant? how do u marry her then? what are the events that lead to u getting married without the blue feather? help!

You must have four or three hearts before you can propose or else she won't marry you and you'll keep losing hearts. To check how many hearts you have go into her room and her diary is in the back of her room on the table. Hope I helped!

you can give the feather to everyone else that is marriable but lumina will come to you at the end of the year
