I had that in one of my games. All my animals were sick I had no more flodder. All you can really do is sell a aniaml or work at the digging site.

There is a easy shortcut, but you dont get as much money as you usually get with animals.
You sell all your animals and grow crops insted. I got all the the buildings and got all the animal back during the when i had millions of dollers!( keep the chickens if you have them they usually dont get sick!)
