you just click the "cheats" and then click "cheats list".Then,click "codebreaker", insert your codebreaker codes...see your codes whether disable, enable or frozen.. then, save it.. after, try to load it again.. (if not wrong) i only know use the codebreaker...and the others, i never use..

No. You need an action replay or gameshark.
