First of all, please edit your title. All capitalizations in your title is against the rules.
Second of all, to answer your question, You cant marry someone with a Max attraction cheat code. Seeing as the game sees you at a certain heart level, raising it automatically without the game realizing it makes it impossible.

Anyways, Karen is the easiest one to marry. Just put a little effort into it.

Use the cheat for max affection, then look for a guide regarding karen's heart events, and make sure you see those events all in the same week if possible, after the yellow heart event, you should be able to marry her. P.S There are no magic shortcuts..
