I keep asking Cliff to marry me but he still says no. I have everything including the rug, the big bed, The vase, the whole kitchen set, the fridge, the shelf, and I even saw all the heart events too! Is it the year?(I'm in year 3, Spring 29)

I'm having the same problem, the doctor will let me marry him, but not cliff.

Mabye you overlooked a heart event, like did you do the yellow heart event, and the blue where you get the mountain flower necklace from Cliff and the ion thing from Doctor? Or mabye you don't have him at a red heart(which you probably do though). And what about all of the house extensions, do you have those?
