Say i remember playing a demo of hitman. There was this restaurant and a chineese enemy. Is it the first game?

Oh. I though it was the first, Also once in a cyber cafe i played my first hitman game. It was a demo. VERY long ago. We started in a plane. Can you tell me which one is it?
