you have to battle hayner about 10 or 5 times. You have to talk to the guy that has the same clothes that Goofy has!

You have to fight hayner 10 times, then the guy with the really long hair ten times, then you get to fight seifer. Heres a tip, after you win a battle dont click quit click retry... It will still count twards ten and you dont have to talk to the guy again.

i am lvl 73 and i still cant beat him. i recomend being lvl 80 at least with the ultima wep and loads of high potions.

realy?! i can get his health down like 3 bars but then he use moves that leave 1hp and then smacks me with that huge sword.

forget the ultima just use the oblivion,make sure you have 3 ethers,3 hi potions and 1 elixer in your inventory before you start(and you can be lvl 50 and still beat him)

tips on beating sephiroth put hyper potions and cura on fast magic or somthin like that and always use hyper potions when he gives that almost killing blow. i beat him at lvl 44 with kingdom key i didnt know that you could change keyblades i died about 18 times.
