I dont count Axel as "Evil". He admits that he doesnt like what ORg. 13 is doing and that he does like roxas as a friend, which is something you need a heart to do, he also went all Kamakazi on the dusk's to save Sora so that makes him good in my books.

He didnt die... He's just on vacation! But seriously we don't know if Nobodies acually 'Die' when they go into the oblivian thing. For all we know they become there old selves again with no memory of anything.
