yeah. I assume he's in because they probably set the group up as Organization 13, before they even got 13 guys in. And they're a bit short so they lowered their standards, apparently alot.

Probably, i dont which is the thing with the number 13 anyway. The so called magic number is 7, and 7 members would be much better.

hmmm. too bad Sephy isn't a Organization 13 member. I think he's Cloud's nobody though. IF he was in Organization 13, man, it would be alot more epic.

Nah, I don't think so. Org. XIII is completely made up specifially for KH. I think Sephiroth would ruin it, just imo. However your 'Sephiroth is a Nobody' theory is kinda cool. Its not a theory, he is really Cloud's nobody, or at least, everybody says so, idk why though 
About Sephy, he would never be a part of the Organization, he works alone, and thats one of the main reasons why he is my all time fav character.

anyway, I would liked it if Sephy was asked to be in the Organization 13, but he refused. maybe. Or he's in the story a bit more than just the boss to defeat to get Fenir.

OOoo, that would be cool! Then Sora saves Org. XIII, and then they like have to do whatever Sora says because of some magical law. That would be fun.
