I'm afraid not. Your have to start the game back over to get it. But it's not so important. Even if you don't get that one, if you finish the rest of the trinties, Beat the Hades Cup, and collect all the 101 dalmations then you'll still get the Sercet ending. I'll wait til you see this before I close it.

BOGUS! This a rumor that spread everywhere! I can 100% guarantee you that they do not exist as convincing as it sound. Although they are in the game you can not get them.

The secret ending has nothing to do with the trinities unless they have dalamations, you need to seal every world, beat the hades cup, and find all 99 dalmations. It's a bogus ending anyway, deep dive is better.
