i like the blooper and the power star i like the little eyes on them they are funny.

I dont think there is a way, just be near your opponents so it can hit them too.

there is one way to advoid a blue shell if ythere is an opponet next to you use the brake (if ur in 1st) they will get hit butdont be so close to them though!
