Dude, I am going to make your day, because nobody else has posted.
I like the Waluigi Pinball course, the DK Pass course, the course where the sand is, I'm not sure of the name, and the Rainbow Road track because it has awesome loops and corkscrews.

Waluigi Pinball, Bowser's Castle 1, Rainbow Road, that ship level with the Bullet Bills at the beginning, that cloud level, and Delfino Square. Awesome shortcuts in those levels, except Rainbow Road.

rainbow road all the way i have never been beat on it and i always over lap people.i can snake on rainbow road and i have never seen anybody attempt that.
