You get a perfect rocket boost and mini turbo without ANY breaks. You will be able to run over terrain without stopping.

I just tried it, and it was easy. I tried it again on the same track, and for some reason, It was harder? I guess I will be playing for a while.

Practice.
Try to determine which pipes you are going to go through before you get to them. I go between the last two, but that's just me.
