It's time ta bust loose! Lots of questions!

Alright, I has a lot of questions, help needed, an' grievances in this thread, so uhh...where do I begin?

1. I need help unlockin' tha characters that require 1 star rank in all races in each engine class. These are Baby Daisy (50cc New), Bowser Jr. (100cc Retro), an' mostly of all Dry Bowser (150cc New). I can't seem ta be able ta get tha star rank (I almost got Baby Daisy, only Special Cup ta go), but tha other two I need help with. Any strategies please?

2. What are Expert Staff Ghosts exactly? Are they unlocked after beatin' tha ghost on a course? I need these fer certain characters.

3. Sometimes I feel cheated on tha game, especially on 150cc, I know it's supposed ta be hard but this is ridiculous, any time you wipe out you fall back like 5 spots. An' also, I don't like how it starts ye in main back, an' others in front, I think they should make all racers start in a straight line on tha first race.

4. Is tha Wii Wheel tha best control choice? I haven't tried tha others. But sometimes tha wheel can cause ye ta wreck a lot.

So, can anybody help me with this stuff? Just maybe some strategies so I can get this stuff unlocked. I really want Dry Bowser, have since I knew he was in tha game (hence tha sig).

Also, if you've ever looked close on some places where there are Miis, you'll notice that all their faces match tha Miis you have saved (only tha body is different).

1: I believe you can't touch a wall or get hit by an item. It's ridiculous.

2: Beat the standard staff ghosts by 7 seconds or some such to unlock the expert staff ghosts. Their members of the team that are actually good at the game.

3: I suppose so.

4: I prefer gamecube. Turning is easier.

Yeah, you helped, but tha thang about not gettin' hit by items with star ranks is wrong, I got hit plenty on 50cc an' I still go double stars on Flower an' Star cups. It ain't like ye can avoid Spiny Shells, Lightnin', an' Bloopers. I do think you gotta have good time, but are you allowed ta go off tha edge (if a larger character knocks you off er an item does.

Alright then, thanks a lot for that. Much needed T_T I was wondering about that too.

Yeah, if it were that hard then they woulda took out some certain items, but some times it's just really hard ta avoid a wall, like on sharp turns an' such. I read on a walkthrough that you gotta have good lap times an' have all 60 points ta go triple star, that must be insanely hard. God I dread unlockin' Dry Bowser, it'll be more like punishment than playin' a game. I know I'll get mad, real mad.

Can you use Gamecube controllers on this game?

Indeed you can, which is why I said that it was my preferred control method.

Well if I ever get around to buying the game. I will defintely be using the GC controllers.

Unless Im fooling around, I may try the wii stearing wheel.

Seriously, why do people wanna use tha GameCube controller so bad, it'd be just like playin' Double Dash again only with better graphics an' stuff.

Easier to use, even though I will admit the new stearing wheel looks great.

Which is why people want to do it. You retain more skill from the previous game by keeping the control method.

Star Rank best I can remember is good time, not to hit the walls or fall off the track. getting hit by items as in shells or whatever is fine. I read this on the internet before the game was out. I don't remember where it was either.

also you could get the classic control for the wii.

Yeah I got classic control, I bought it fer SSBB. I might try it sometime, I just like tha motion control. But I'll get around to it eventually. I'm just worried about tha unlockables fer now. I could probably get Star Rank, do you have ta win every time ta get it though? Cause that'll be hard on 150cc.

as long as you get the star rank at the end of the 4 races I think. atleast 3rd. It maybe 1st not sure.
