Once again sorry for bumping. Mr. Famouses navi Punkman is found in the Yoka area part of town. I don't know why they don't have him in White version though.

I was never able to S rank punk even with the AR codes! That is sad, even for me. I beat the game 100% and still can't do it!

Dont worry about S Ranking punk man because even if you S rank him you DO NOT get a chip for him. This is why he was not put into white. There was no point because he had no chip anyways. And in white version you do not use mr. famous' wristband for a loooong time so dont worry about doing anything with it just yet

you get punk in the japan vertion and they only have the black vershion witch is the same as the blue vershion and you use the mr.famous rist band to get the chip called punk in the black version and I think you have to get one counter atack and delete him in the end with a counter atack an you have to beat him within 00.40.00 seconds! hope I helped
