I can't get my GBA SP to start up when i insert the action replay max and then insert the MMBN5 GamePak because i really want BassCrossedMegaMan so if you can help thanks

Make sure you have the AR and game pack are inserted all the way. If that's not the problem then try blowing into the game pack and AR then reinsert it. If none of that works then it may be broken or something is wrong with it.
