I didnt get there yet, but I think Reflect would help? You know those things you get when you defeat a Meteour. Also, you can use the chip 'Invis' or some type of dodging chip... =)

No, if you use it well it works, if you stand in front of him and use the reclect he get�s hited also if you got it whit * code(i have 2 of reflect3 and 1 on Reflect2, also invis is a good chip but you need to use it wisely, REALY GOOD Roma

Yes i beat him whit a special folder, yes i do a whole folder just for face him, it has Life Aura(you can�t beat his whitout it), 3 Whiscapsl, the Vulcans Chips, buster ups, instead it is more from skill after you study his moves is not so Imposible.
And he is not at the end of the game, he is something extra when the times comes we will tellyou the details.

life aura great but even better is use sanctuary first then bass has to do 400 damage to destroy life aura most of his attacks can still destroy the lifew aura though especially greagar

You will never beat him on your first couple tries. I'm on my around 40th time I still havent beat him.
