don�t worry, In undernet area 2 betwen the BBS and the Entrance to the Graveyard, there are two holes whit torches on it, betwen them, there it is, you can�t see it but press A and you�ll find it.
I don´t use action replay to get *insert rare item, shiny poke, rare chip, etc.* i got it legally and right.
