Guys i am stuck at eraly point and i cant continue, I was wondering if someone helps with this: Mega said that he felt a strange Power, he thinks it is something like him, and I am supposed to find it, where can I find it ?

I think hes talking about well if you put your megaman battle network games in you have to help megaman if you go to a certiant chomp and I think hes in the car port near the edge of the area
