I typed it in the other forum and are you new at this game or you just need help cause it looks like you are new at this game.

you have to find emma then go back up the bridge and put out the fire with the coolant spray then follow that passage and kill/knock-out 2 guards and go through a door and raiden will open a hatch which will trigger a cutscene which is quite funny so watch!!
