It's is for the Noxus user. Which I am. But look under "Favorite Hunters" or something close to that.

hakers usually don't have a good aim unless they are vry skilled, they usually just stand there.

you need to use GOW and Halo skills to deafeat Hakers, so i think BloodHound would be good to train someone.
