How to Unlock Rathalos village chief quest

Does anyone know how to unlock a rathalos village quets cuz I need Wing and cant get from one from The offline place(don't know the name)

Im pretty sure you can get it from the guild hall, but if not, im pretty sure the los is a 5 star village cheif quest.

its not in there is there a way to unlock it like do certain quests.

im not sure, lol, i dont remember, it might be the six star quests she has after you beat the five star quests, but not quite sure, my bad.

not 6*, rather, URGENT quests
i think you need to finish 5*
-double gypceros
-gravios
-double daimyo

then fight the URGENT rathalos+rathian and several URGENT quest will show up

i can't get passed the 5* urgent the troublesome pair. I have devil slicer and kirin torso, legs, and arms.

I'm on 5* urgent but i can't kill them. I'll kill the Rathalos and then the rathian would kill me. Any help plz. i have Black sword, upper battleaxe, devil slicer, halberd, deadly serpentblade, bone katana drag, Dark scythe, Black katana MK I, wyvern blade fall and leaf, war hammer +, gunhammer prototype, Basarios Rock, Valhalla, Hellsting, red saber, hero's blade replica, kirin Bolt, Bladed edge, Tiger Arrow I, and Sonic bow II.(all my weapons except for a few starters). I have kirin torso, arms, and legs. Kushala Crus, and Plesioth Mail D( and one gunner leg "Rathalos Leggings") Plz I really need help.
