How do you make a Devil Slicer? I see a lot of people mentioning it on the forums. And what is the status on that weapon because I have trouble defeating the Tigrex even though I've slain it a couple times.

if Im right i think you need thunderbug Juice an d some other things you can get thunderbug juice from these glowing orbs in the tower rembora mission attack 740 or somthing close and 450 thunder attri.

Kind of but if you go to the tower for one of the 5 star you will see what i am talking about.

yeh u need thunderbug juice for devil slicer and thunder sacs for true devil slicer (next one up) which has 816 power and 520 thunder att
