I just went against this, and i got a time up after 50 mins... i hit it constantly with Kut Ku stave I with fire attrib and i hit it with over 50 power coatings while holding down the button to shoot more than 1 arrow and then with like 20 paralysis and over 20 poison and even when it was asleep i used to large bombs and a small time bomb, it still doesnt die ! why the hell not?

First of all, the Daimyo's weakness is thunder not fire. The bow you need is the Sonic bow which has Thunder attribute. Later on when you upgrade it you will be able to kill the Tigrex with the Sonic bow II.
All you need to take is Power coating, Large barrel Bombs, small barrel bombs, shock traps, and thats about it.

And if you still can't kill it, try using a weapon other than bows. Bows are good, great actually, but they don't have the damage it takes to take out huge monsters. The only wyverns I kill with bows are:
Gravios
Black Gravios
Khezu
Red Khezu
Gravios
Black Gravios
Khezu
Red Khezu

i dont normally use a bow.. but i had no luck with melee

Well at the moment i have Velociprey helm, conga mail, steel vambraces, battle tasset, conga greaves all lvl 6, and my weapon is Bone Katana 'Wolf'

nevermind i beat him, upgraded weapon to Bone Katana 'Wolf'

use eager cleaver it has thunder att of like 250 or close to that and bring a TON of sonic bombs.

Really? Because thoes are some of the only monsters i can't kill with bows.
