hey can any1 help me out here? i jus started on this game and i cant seem to get firestone.

g-rank volcanic zone has plenty of 'em, but you have to reach Hr4 first

if you have trenya the traveling felyne get him to go to the volcano area for 500 points or you can gt 5 mega pickaxes and go to a gathering quest in the volcano(make sure the time is day) and the best chance to get it is in areas 6 and 8, other areas have some chances.

like taku said, g-rank volcano, has a very high chance and if ur lucky ull also get firecell stones and most weapons that have firestones to upgrade usually have firecell stones for the next upgrade
