Or simply go to any area with bullfango and just beat them up. hopefully the gypceros doesn't show up and you clear the area. then move to another bullfango area and clear that out.

I would stay in the area with the Kilbi for a few resons
1)Leave the camp... YOUR THERE!!! Amazing
2)Each area with Bullfingo have at least more than 5 so do the math. You attack one, 4 attack you
3)Kilbi are rare to see in quests so take the time to kill them and carve them
