How do you get the volocidrome quest I keep doing those level quests but it never appears

Lets see you get the urgent quest after level 2 so the Volocidrome quest should be in the level 3 quests. If it does not show up the first time go do a easy mission like collect the raw meat and check again. If its still not there do another quest and check again. Sooner or later it should be listed under the level 3 star quests

Dont you have to do a quest in the level 3 though?

Nope, every time you do a quest the quests in all levels (Sept for 1 and 2 cause there is only 5 missions) shift

You can also get 2 velicidome claws in quest 3 but it's rare.

if u carve it while ur standing on/in its stomach u ALMOST ALLWAYS get 2 drome claws
