i got one from catch the rathalos but never from, attack of rathalos do i have to cut his tail off to have a chance of geting one?

Wyvern Marrow can only be found in the tail of a Rathalos and still the chances of carving one are still pritty low

hey what materials do i need to make the rathalos helm?

I think all the materials for the Rathalos Helm are pritty common but it will only apear in the shop if you have a Rathalos Wing

how can i get a wing tho? i've never gotten one... it says in the walkthrough that offline cant get rathalos wing

I should I realy make my own walkethrough if they are giving out such false info
Rathalos Wings can be won as a reward in Capture the Rathalos or it can be carved from a Rathalos in the TP quest

there are other purposes for the marrow as well, like those other weapons..i think
