just destroy things till you get it, but if you get frustrated and dont get it, just go to the item shop and hope you get it there, if you get it from the item shop, when you're on that mission get it out of your inventory

WRONG!!! if you have seen the episode when he's fighting the hokage he tries to summon the forth but the old man stops him.

omg... I hate the people talking about orochimaru talking the summoning, let me put this topic to rest, orochimaru uses a forbidden jutsu to bring the 1st and 2nd hokages back to life and he uses something to wipe all their memories and feelings so they can fight without remorse and kill the 3rd. but the 3rd stops orochimaru from summoning the 4th cause they were friends. it has nothing to do with the sannin! all three sannins are still alive! so it wouldnt make much sense for him to summon somebody who isnt dead.

Yes, Naruto's dad was the fourth hokage and put the nine-tailed fox in Naruto because he knew he would want to become hokage, since the nine-tailed fox would be in him, he would have enough chacra kinda as much as he needs to win most or all of his battles.
