Audi AG owns Audi and Lamborghini. And Audi, Bentley, and Lamborghini is a subsidiary of Volkswagen. No cars that are in the Audi, Bentley, and Lamborghini lineup may go over to the other company. You can't say a Bentley Continental is a Volkswagen Continental. You can't say the Audi Le Mans Quattro is a Lamborghini Le Mans Quattro. Which ever company manufactures the car, it is officially theirs. It may not jump over to the other company without permission.

Actually, Volksy owns over 10 manufacturers, Bentley Audi and Lamborghini as stated above but also other small manufacturers such as Fiat.

I ran a search on Wikipedia and can confirm from there that Volkswagen does own both Audi and Laborghini, as well as Bentley, Skoda, and Seat.
