Alright, use this forum to generally chat about the game, eg. tips, questions, favourite things etc.

I got some tips for the pursuits in Carbon.

-Activate Speedbreaker when coming to roadblocks to gain more weight and take out more cop cars easier
-Avoid Ramming alot of Cop Cars and use Pursuit Breakers Rarely
-If the SUV's are on their way to ram you, avoiud them, you will get busted early enough if you ram into them.

Some tips for Canyon Duel
-Do not make any collisions
-Try to get ahead of the opponent for 10 seconds and you win.
-To keep up the score when the opponent chases you, try to get away from the opponent as fast as you can. The Red Zone is the Danger Zone while Blue Zone is the Good Zone. (Normally if you can keep your opponent stay in the blue zone, your points won't go less more faster.)
-Always try to get to the closest when you first chase your opponent.

Oh, good, there's going to be pursuit breakers again. In every video I have seen of the game, I noticed that they were absent, so I thought they weren't in the game.

I have a question.

Can someone give some advice, helping me with the drifting?

The best view for drifting is bumper or hood view. I use this all the time because in the default view when you get close to a wall it zooms in and you can't see properly.

Try to get as much speed as possible because if you're at a low speed you can't control it as well.

I don't know why people actually think you have to put the analog stick all the way to the left or right just to drift. You just put it a little and you're drifting. You only push it all the way for a sharp drifting turn.

The Best View for Drifting is Normal. You can check which parts of your car are gonna hit the wall and when you can start to slow down or drift.

You don't need to countersteer in a drift, 'cause if you do you'll exit the drift too easily.

Another question: What's this EA Downloaders edition I've been hearing about? I heard this is the only way to get the Pagani Zonda F so what is it?

My guess is it's an add on for PC off the net... But I don't know.

Do the challenge series. You use a variety of cars and learn the basics without affecting your stats.

Then practise practise practise.
You are realy starting to get the hang of it when you are pulling over 250000pts in track drift and 100000pts in canyon drift.

The most fun i had while learning was with the lambo. Wicked speed and very responsive in canyon drift. I just drifted and drifted til i got a score i was happy with in challenge series.
(FYI) The multiplier doesnt go past 20X.

(Superhint!!!!): The faster you go the more fluid the drift becomes. Keep your speed in last blue box and keep the car swaying from side to side(connecting drifts). If the rear starts to step out towards wall, increase turn and tap on brake/release accelerator fraction. And since you can use nitrous, you can always keep in the speed zone.

Yeah you gotta keep your speed up otherwise the drift ends too quickly.

My three favourite cars for drifting are the Toyota Supra, Corvette Z06 and Murcielago LP640.

Track: 250,000 with the Corvette Z06
Canyon: 150,000with the Murcielago LP640

Well No, YOu ain't gonna do the Canyon Drift in Murcielago. Do with the Camaro SS. I trid that with my modding and scored 2 mil+ in Gold Valley Run.

Serious? Really, the Murcielago is one of the best drifters in exotic, and the LP640 is even better than that.

Oh, actually my best for Canyon was 200,000 in the Toyota MR2.

I cant say anything about price because my first copy i got, was a copied disc(cost �5), then i bought collectors for �35.

Yeah, I am going to get the collector's edition, I never got the Black MW, and felt I missed out.

Yeah you definitely need CE, it helpsyou in the long run.

Now I've gotten 474,000 in track drift with the Corvette (Damn I love that car!)

Murcielago i'm serious, I got 2 mil + at Gold Valley Run

Hitting 3 mil soon, 2.8m by far the best
