More Next NFS Rumours

Our member Titiuu found a rather interesting forum post on SupraForums.com. The post was posted by some user who is apparently looking for cars to do sound recording for a video game company. No exact video game name is mentioned, but it supposed to be a Need for Speed.

They are looking for the following cars to do sound recordings:

This of course is not the next car list, but if the sound recording is indeed for a Need for Speed game, it gives you the idea of what we're getting in the next game in the series.

Ya, well we do know their will be another Need for Speed, but the chances of it continuing from Carbon is uncertain.

Read the bottom. Of course this is not the next car list, but it gives us an idea of what's next in the series. These cars are just for sound recordings, and they could change at any time.

For example, the DBR9 could be used to give an idea what a normal DB9 would sound like fully modded.

and yes tomass, i said Muscle. Tuners suck like hell. Muscles are the best by far in Carbon by now XD

Two words: Personal Opinion.

To me, the only tuners that are worth it are the RB26DETT Skyline Godzilla and the Toyota Supra.

Although old-skool is wickedly cool, my faves are exotics. I like speed rather than drift, so things like the Murcielago (especially the one tuned by Hamann, that's just awesome), CCX and the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 (Hint, 16= amount of cylinders, 4= How many turbochargers are powering it.)
New Barabus TKR is awesome as well.

I'll say that the michibishy (terrible spelling) lancer and Toyota Supra was cool cars, but yeah, the old school muscles are the way to go.

What about trucks? I don't see many games that have trucks as an option.

people keep complaining that trucks suck; I like em'.

Trucks don't make it cool though. But I wish there was Dodge Ram SRT-10(That big truck).

The worst thing that ever happened to the games was SUV's (trucks). Obviously, the public got through to them. Now let us never speak of the SUV option again...

Actually, there are new rumours on a name, SHOCK! HORROR!

It's apparently called NFS: Pro Street.

Sounds like a drag-racing game.

but we all know who will win that then, Muscle.

Cool title though. But I don';t think people will like it.

NFS Pro Street sounds ok. i like nfsu 2 and most wanted and carbon...mostly because the names sound kool and also if you go to www.gamespot.com you can see games and details about games coming soon and ones that are out already...thats how i fist heard of nfs carbon.
