My highest top speed is 239.6 with my Nissan Skyline on the "Outer Ring" circut track. I used manual tranny cuz it helps because then you can shift down instead of braking.

I dont see any way you could get 300.0 MPH over. my highest speed of the 2 years ive played it my highest ever was 246.2 MPH
