All I know is that you battle against trainers like in stadium and colluseum but you can upload your pokemon from Diamond and Pearl and you can make your own trainers, I think that is all you do on it though.

Its mostly just to see your pokemon battle on the big screen.
Upload items that are not in abundance in D/P that are in abundance in the PBR for sale.
No other purpose other than that from the reports and reviews so far.

PBr is going to be a good game to see your pokemon on a bigger scale.
You can get many items in abundance and transfer to your D/P game.
It is also a tester to see how well you can test your abilities as far as battling through the various colosseums.
Each battle field varies on what you can do and which pokemon you are allowed to use. Check serebii.net out for more info for the time being.
Once again no major story line...it just all about battling. We will have to see if they add some stuff for the American Release on June 25th that indicates some kinda stroyline vice what is currently available in Japan.

Yes it is similar to the N64 Games, but it has a lot of detail to this game and cool added features. Clothes etc.

what i can hear, is it's just a bunch of stadium battles for your d/p pokedex. this really sucks, i was looking forward to a story line like coloseum and xd gale of darkness. it doesn't seem worth $50, i probably won't even by this one.

This is the problem in being a Pokemaniac, you just have to have the game. The only one I made through with not buying was Ranger, but I rented it and beat it... And you are right without a storyline its not worth 50 dollars, but that extra 10 or 20 dollars goes toward the Online Play.

i want the game, but i'm probably not going to get it, it has no gains for me since i don't have the tool to get on the internet with the wii( even if i knew how to work one) so i can probably do without it.
