i cant seem to beat the neon colloseum the oppenents get all my good pokemon while im left with their junk pokemon can someone help

You just have bad hax, nothing we can do. Maybe try timing your drop it usually works for me.

Ah, another tip, three or more words, k. And that you have to check stats, and movesets so that you can beat whatever is chosen by the opponent.
