Ok, the Game comes out in Australia next week (Finally lol) I might get, might not and i have a few questions about it.
- Is it a good worthwhile game? - What is the storyline or is it just battling like Pokemon Colosseum? - How do you use your DS +Diamond/Pearl with it? - Do Ev'd pokemon work on it (I heard from someone they don't and turn into bad eggs???) - What pokemon can't you use on it.
Ok, to answer all your questions here is my opinion:
1) If your a pokemon fan, then this game should go with your collection. Pros for the Game are Playing People around the World, Surfing Volt Tackle Pikachu, Magmortar & Electivire. A lot of items can be bought and transfered over to your DS. You can see all your pokemon in 3D format. Cons - All your doing is battling different colosseums with different rules. Can get pretty boring if your pokemo nare very strong. You have to have a DS and D/P in order to get the full use of the game because rental pokemon suck.
2) Now storyline, your just battling to be the Poketopia Master. Just a brevy of battles is all going on in this game.
3) The Pokemon from Diamond & Pearl are copied on to your game. They are still on your DS but are copied on to your PBR game. You then put them on battle Passes to battle.
4) Pokemon that have max stats over 510 which is the highest legal total stat base cannot be copied on to PBR, they will turn into bad eggs. All other pokemon will be except for Instance a Electivire with Volt-Absorb ability will be able to be copied. However that Electivire will not be able to go on Wifi because Electivire does not know that ability.
5) All Pokemon can be used on it. Here in America we can't use Darkai(unless its the Japanese Event One) Shaymin & Arceus in Wifi.
I hope this helps you in your quest to understanding Pokemon Battle Revolution A Little Much Better. If not then just rent the game before purchasing it.
A very good EV team and moveset will triumph. However it is the Colosseum rules that make the game kinda difficult. You earn loads of battle points so they are not hard to come by. The items you buy though are very expensive so you will be battling for a while to obtain a good item to trade back to your copy of D/P. The Volt-Tackle/Surfing Pikachu/Magmortar & Electivire are all free via beating the game on the first rty for Pikachu and obatining the codes for Mag & Ele. I don't know if the codes for your version will be different but the codes for the American release are in the first pinned topic in this forum if you want to try them out and see if they work.
