Luvdisc evo is meh, fine by me but I don't really care. This could possibly be nod to Hoenn though.
And I agree with Symphony, Banette really does need to evolve, it isn't fair with Dusknoir & all. I actually though that Goth Pokemon could've been a female Shuppet evo but I guess not...

Actually, the way the new pokémon are coming out, I don't think they would look all that great. In my opinion, the pokémon in gen V are starting to look less like pokémon.

No, this happens every generation. People aren't used to the new Pokemon at first & always say that they don't look like Pokemon or that they look like Digimon/Neopets/Spectrobes/Etc. but then after a while they get used to them & accept them as Pokemon. They can't keep usin' the same old designs over & over so they have to innovate.

So what does a Pokemon look like, exactly? There's such a wide range of designs that any definition is completely arbitrary. How is it that these look unlike previous Pokemon and yet at the same time are called by many unoriginal?
So they are both large eagles? They're the same, even though the head designs are completely different (wtf? The Digimon has horns?), their wings look nothing alike, their knees bend opposite ways, and their colorations only slightly close? Are eagles off-limits because Digimon did it first?

^I know. I was addressing geezerguy in that part of a post. I was saying to him that there were bound to be similarities, but for the most part they look quite different.
