TIERS

Ok, so I have had Pokemon Black for a few months now since it's been released (Import). I was wondering whatever one though in terms of tiers. Like some Pokes might be in one tier but their Dream World Ability may bump them up to a new tier or move them back. What do you think. Like for example, I really thought Jalorda aka Grass Snake would def end up in the UU/NU tier however with his D/W ability (Perversity/Serebii or Antagonist/Bulbapedia), I think he has a chance or being borderline tier albeit his move pool is really shallow. However using LeafStorm with the D/W ability is sweet his Special Attack raisies 2 Stages which is very helpful. Your thoughts.
